1. Purpose of this version
This Legal Notice applies to the recown.fr website, its subpages and, unless a separate legal notice is provided, the other websites, online services, applications, and products published under the ReCoWn Labs identity.
As at the publication date of this version, ReCoWn Labs is an independent software project undertaken in a personal capacity and offered as part of a free trial phase.
The website does not allow any purchase, payment, or subscription to a commercial offering. Any ReCoWn Labs product licences that may be issued during this phase are exclusively free trial licences intended for professionals.

5. Nature of the trial phase
The website enables businesses and professionals to request access to a free trial version of certain ReCoWn Labs products or applications.
A request does not constitute an order, a sale, a reservation of a paid service, or a commitment to future commercial availability.
ReCoWn Labs remains free to accept or refuse a trial request, in particular after verifying the professional email address and the existence of the requesting organisation.
The terms applicable to requesting, issuing, and using a trial licence are defined in the Terms of Use specific to the relevant product, published or presented before it is made available.
No payment, subscription, or paid renewal is initiated automatically at the end of the trial period.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, content published on ReCoWn Labs websites and services, including texts, graphical elements, interfaces, illustrations, logos, trademarks, documentation, demonstrations, architectures, applications, software, and products, is protected by applicable intellectual-property provisions.
Viewing the website does not entail any assignment or grant of rights in these elements, other than the right of access necessary for normal use of the website.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, extraction, distribution, or exploitation, in whole or in part, carried out without prior authorisation is prohibited, except where expressly authorised by law.
Trademarks, names, logos, and content belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
7. ReCoWn Labs products and applications
The possible provision of a ReCoWn Labs product or application is governed by the Terms of Use specific to that product and the relevant version, where applicable.
A trial licence does not transfer any ownership rights in the product, software, its code, documentation, or components.
Where a product is intended to be installed in the tester's infrastructure, the tester remains responsible for their environment, access controls, backups, and the precautions necessary before any use involving important data or systems.

The information published on the website is provided with the greatest possible care. It may nevertheless change, particularly during the development and trial phase of ReCoWn Labs products and applications.
The publisher does not warrant that all information, features, or elements presented will remain available or unchanged.
